Mallshow at Sta. Lucia Mall

Carla and the rest of the Qpids Final 9 loveteams were at the Sta. Lucia Mall in Cainta earlier today for a Qpids Mallshow.

Qpids: Episode 3.5

It's now Carla's turn to find out who her final loveteam partner is, in the Union of Hearts segment held at Fernwood Gardens.

Just before they announce her final partner, Anne asks if Carla has any message for her two charmings.



Carla says: "Sa hindi makukuha, I wish you the best in your career, and happiness in life. And sa makukuha kong loveteam, I give you the promise na tutulungan kita and I'll give it my best as a loveteam."

Finally, Luis announces that Carla's final loveteam partner is.... Janus!

Carla (in her interview with Janus): Kasi nafi-feel ko naman na he was the one who was meant to be my loveteam.



Janus (in his interview with Carla): Ang loveteam namin... hindi predictable, hindi yung typical stereotype na loveteam.

Carla: Expect the unexpected (from us).

Qpids: Episode 3.4

The bonfire segment continues in this episode, and when it is Carla's turn, the first charming to speak to her is Mikel.

Mikel. He presents her with a small box that contains a key. As Carla opens the box and takes the key out, Mikel says "I hope you keep this key, so you can open all the locks that my heart has been harboring all these years."



Tearfully, Carla tells him that she's really so happy, and she tells Mikel that on the first day, she had been so scared that no one would run to her table. She said she was so thankful that Mikel chose to sit with her... and that he made her feel like a princess (flashback in black and white).

Carla continues: Later when he danced with her, she said it meant so much to her, and that she's happy he was the one who danced with her (flashback). Mikel responded by saying he was also very happy.

Janus. When it was time for Janus to talk with Carla, he sat next to her with a guitar in his hands, and everyone started laughing when he broke into song... "Huwag diyan! May kiliti ako diyan! Huwag diyan! Kasi relax ka lang, may kiliti ako diyan! English version! Not there, I got a funny bone there! Not there! So just relax, I've got a funny bone there!"



Next, Janus tells Carla that he will sing her a song that he composed himself. He then calls on his back-up singers, Alwyn and the Roco twins, and as they move to stand behind Janus, he tells Carla "I won't be pa-tweetums. But I'll sing this song for you". Carla doesn't quite believe it at first and says, "Totoo ba 'to?"



Janus continues: "This song is entitled 'Carla'". And he sings "C - you're a Cutie pie, A - you're Adorable, R - you Remind me of my ex! L - you're so Loving, A - you're Always in my heart. Carla-lalalala..." as the rest of the cast laughs along with Carla in reaction to his performance.

Next, Janus presents her with three gifts, a yellow rose (yellow, because it's his favorite color), a pink heart-shaped balloon -- para pagnainis ka, putukin mo nalang, and a moon-shaped stuffed toy with a little animal hugging the moon, and a small star.



He tells her: "Ako yung moon, ikaw itong stuffed toy, at eto (the star) si Mikel"... as everyone starts laughing, including Mikel. Then Janus says to Mikel -- "At least kasali ka!"

Then finally, Janus pretends to be sad and weepy, and he says: "Pero, kung sakaling hindi ako piliin ng mga tao... I'll cry! Pero Carla, I wish you all the best. Ikaw pa rin ang astig para sakin."



Carla (in her interview): I'm on top of the world. Walang sasarap pa sa pinadama nila sa akin. If ever I cry today, it's because I'm so happy.

Union of Hearts. After the bonfire segment ends, we see the start of the Union of Hearts segment, which takes place at Fernwood Gardens.

Anne and Luis explain that it's now time to announce the final 9 loveteams that were selected by ABS-CBN's management. The love story ends here for the 5 charmings who will not be selected, but a new story will begin for each of the 9 final pairs.

The episode ends before Carla's final loveteam partner is announced.

Qpids: Episode 3.3

Anne and Luis open the episode by introducing the Bonfire segment. This segment will be the last chance that each charming has to sway his princess and convince her that he's the best choice as her loveteam partner.

As the segment opens, we see the entire cast seated around a bonfire, and each princess takes her turn in the center and is presented with something by her two princes.

CF's Note: Carla does not have her turn with her two charmings in this episode, but we do see her at different times reacting to what's happening.

Qpids: Episode 3.2

Anne (voiceover): Habang naghihintay sa kanyang ka-date na si Mikel, panay utos naman si Carla kay Janus.

Carla: Blow naman my sugat! Janus leans over and blows on her wound.

Carla: Ahhh!! Germs! Germs! Alcohol... now na... Janus gets up to get the alcohol.

Carla: I'm so tired! Borrow chair! (and she takes his chair and puts her feet up).



Luis (voiceover): Aba! Si Carla! Feel na feel ang pagiging prinsesa.

Carla (during her interview): E kasi diba magkasama si Mikel tsaka si Paw... so ang kasama ko si Janus. So sabi ko, might as well make the best of the time I have with Janus. E biglang umatake ang pagiging (she gives an evil laugh) ko, so naging super arte ako... Konting dumi lang sa paa ko, sasabihin ko... "Yuck! It's sooo dirty!! Janus! Wipe, wipe, wipe!!" (laughs)



Janus (during his interview): Hindi ko in-expect na kung anu-ano ang pinapagawa sa akin ni Carla. Ginawa akong taong-payong, ginawa akong tagahugas ng paa...



Janus: Siguro sa lahat ng princesses, sa akin ang yung pinaka-extreme ang parusa. Pagtulakin ka ba naman ng jetski (laughs), may makina naman 'yan eh!

Luis (voiceover): Whew! Ang lupit mo, Carla!

Carla (during her interview, as we see more scenes of Janus being a dakilang alalay): Isipin niyo po... Ang dami niyang inaasar, ang daldal niya... tapos nagawa niya ang lahat na yan para sakin without any reklamo... kinarga pa niya ako... di ko alam yung correct word, pero sobra ngang na-?? ako, yun nga, nung nakita ko 'tong side ni Janus.



Anne (voiceover): Awww... mukhang tumaas ang pogi points mo kay Carla, Janus! Congratulations!

......

The scene shifts to Janus sitting behind Carla fixing her hair...

Anne (voiceover): Pero ano 'to? Ang mommy ni Carla, umentra sa eksena?

Pauleen (offcam): The nanay is coming!

Alwyn: The ermat! Patay!!

Janus quickly jumps up and pulls his hands away from Carla's hair.

Janus: The revenge of the ermat!




Janus (in his interview): Sinabi ng ermat na parang sumobra na raw ang anak niya.

Interviewer (offcam): In French!

Janus: Oo nga... parang... (in fake French accent) bonjour bulate, bulate!

Pauleen (on the beach, offcam): Anong sinabi?

Carla (to Janus): Sabi niya, ang sama-sama ko daw sa'yo. Di naman totoo, diba, Janus?

Carla (in her interview): Kasi siyempre, alam ng mommy ko na hindi naman ako ganyan sa totoong buhay. Na-shock siya... parang... "Ano ka ba?!?"

Carla (on the beach): My nanay is mad at me... Yah... kasi naaawa siya kay Janus.

Janus: Her mother is not a pig!

Carla (to Janus): Diba mabait ako?

Janus: Yup!

Carla: Nasaktan tuloy ako kasi sabi masama daw ako.

Janus: Alwyn wag mo daw sinasabi yan, mabait naman si Carla.

Carla (with a smile): Thank you, Janus!

Alwyn: Sorry!

Carla (in her interview): Sorry, Janus! Pero, na-prove mo talaga sakin... para sakin, sa ginawa mong yan, ikaw ang pinaka-gwapo!

Luis (voiceover): Naks! Ang gwapo mo, Janus!

The scene shifts to Carla and Janus back on the jetski, and Janus splashes Carla from behind, causing her to gasp, then get up and head for the back of the jetski as Janus quickly backs away. LOL!



......

Anne (voiceover): At last! Dumating na si Mikel!

We see Janus carrying Carla from the shore to the jetski and Mikel wades in.

Luis (voiceover): Huli man daw at magaling, maihahabol din.



Mikel climbs onboard the jetski behind Carla as Janus walks back to shore and retrieves the lifevests. Mikel puts on his own lifevest while Janus assists Carla with hers.

Mikel (during his interview): Naawa ako kay Janus. Masyado siyang pi-nush ni Carla. Sabi ko kay Janus... okay lang yan, take a rest.

Carla talks about Mikel (during her interview): Nagkaroon kami ng time para magbond... kasi si Mikel, sobrang sincere niya... maliit lang ang actions niya pero pag-ginawa niya, damang-dama mo.



Janus, while standing on the beach watching the jetski leave: Natalo man ako sa challenge, panalo ako ngayon kay Carla. E wag daw magbibilang ng sisiw habang hindi nasisira ang itlog. Kaya, steady lang ako dito. Akala niya mapipikon ako, hindi naman ako napipikon. Sinong mapipikon?!

Mikel and Carla return to shore and trade high-fives with Janus. Then our dakilang alalay carries Carla to shore and Mikel follows. Once on shore, Carla gives Mikel a hug and he puts his arm around her.



As the show ends, we see a sneak peak into the upcoming episodes, and Luis says that the final 9 loveteams will soon be revealed.

Qpids: Episode 3.1

As this episode opens, Anne and Luis are on the beach with the entire cast to introduce the Rewards segment of the show. The winning charmings get to enjoy their dates with their princesses, while the losing charmings must be their alalay, and are not allowed to speak at all during the date. The winning pairs are divided into two groups -- one group gets to go parasailing, while the second group gets to go jet-skiing.



Mikel and Carla are standing together with the other princesses and their winning charmings, while Janus is one of four charmings who failed to win in the Race of Hearts.

CF's Note: We do not see Carla again for the remainder of this episode, except in previews for tomorrow, where it looks like she'll be testing Janus... by seeing how far she can push him before he loses his temper. :)
