Zephy's mother assures Sophie that her son will marry no one but her.



Sophie complains to Zephy's mother when days pass and he still does not contact her.



Sophie comes to realize that Flor is her competition for Zephy's affections.



At his mother's birthday party, Zephy brings Flor as his date.



Flor is heartbroken when Zephy's mother introduces Sophie to her guests as the only girl fit for her son.




After Flor runs off, an angry Zephy is amused when Sophie says he'll eventually come back to her because he always does.



She is stunned and hurt when he points out that she's the one who keeps chasing after him like a dog.
