Carla appeared in Pangarap at Tagumpay: Mga Kuwento sa Likod ng Wowowee in the episode entitled "The Edwin Sumampong Story". This episode featured Paolo Contis as Edwin, and also stars Ketchup Eusebio. Carla portrayed the girlfriend / wife of Edwin.
While working as a security guard, Edwin was able to win a house and lot on the noon-time gameshow Wowowee.
