Brenda is at home cooking. She calls Fiona, who is still at school, to confirm the time of their next tutorial session, and starts conversing with Fiona in Tagalog. Fiona has trouble at first but she's able to understand Brenda's questions.




Brenda also requests that Fiona ask Hillary to come home straight from school if she should see her sister. Fiona turns around and notices that Hillary is sitting next to Bill on a nearby bench.



Fiona is put on the spot when Brenda suddenly asks Fiona if she sees Bill around. Fiona hesitates then finally answers no.

Later, we see Brenda and Fiona at their tutoring session. Brenda has to stop Fiona from obsessing over her appearance so she can focus on their session.
