Week 04, Friday, Day 020

Ian is passed out drunk in one of the rooms at the boarding house, when Precious brings Misty in to show her sister the state her ex-boyfriend is in. Misty says Ian's not the type to drink heavily. He's only drunk now because of Lea.



Precious says that with so many men in the world, Misty should do what she does -- she simply moves on when the guy's not interested. Misty admits that she's no longer interested in Ian. She just finds it vexing that Ian so quickly got over her when Lea arrived.



Precious says that since they both have no love lives, and they've finally found each other again, maybe they should just focus on each other.



She reminds Misty that their mother told them to take care of each other, and to help each other achieve their dream of going abroad. Precious says they can finally do it, they can do it together.



Misty remarks that Precious was still so young when she first had the dream of going abroad. She says surely Precious has let go of that dream now that they're all grown up.



Precious asks why else would they be working as hard as they do now, if not to make their dreams come true? Misty says that for Precious, they'll focus on that dream. The two sisters hug.
